Some luck is involved. Out of the last five sites we submitted to dmoz, two were accepted (one almost right away).

Depends on the category. Remember, in some cases, there might be no one there.

I followed everything outlined here and was very careful reading all the Guidelines. Submitted my blog more than 4 months ago and it’s still not listed in DMOZ…

Any idea why is that happening? Any idea of the average time it takes to be listed??
